TNO: Employment Services

Our Employment Services provide job seekers with labour market knowledge and customized responses to employment barriers. TNO delivers the Employment Ontario (EO) Program funded through the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD). The service is offered to all Ontarians.

TNO: Trades Connect
TNO: EarlyON Programs, Childminding Services, and Family Centers

The EarlyON Child & Family Centre by TNO offers free programs and resources for children aged 0-6 and their parents or caregivers. Children can participate in quality play and inquiry-based programs, while parents or caregivers access a range of resources in a welcoming environment. Services include child development support, parent support, and special needs services with individual case management. The program is funded by the City of Toronto and is open to all Toronto residents with children aged 0-6.

Food Collaborative

TNO established the Food Collaborative in March 2020 at the outset of the pandemic to help seniors stay safe at home.  Food hampers were packaged and delivered to their homes.  Due to an overwhelming response from the community, TNO opened the Food Collaborative to the public and began serving residents in Thorncliffe Park and Flemingdon Park. The Food Collaborative now serves 1750 clients, ensuring they have access to fresh produce, eggs, dairy products, and culturally appropriate food twice a month.  More than half of our clients are newcomers.

  • 2nd and 4th Saturday of Each Month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Don Valley Community Legal Services

Don Valley Community Legal Services provides free legal advice and representation for low-income individuals and families.
